Fill out the CAF Connectors Network membership application specifying the CAF program you wish to develop in your church and community.

a. Free Membership

b. Obtaining 501c3 and organizational development.

c. Assistance in home purchases,

d. Food vouchers, (Only applies to MD, VA states).

e. Incentives for promotoras and grants for churches for CAF workshops. (Only applies to MD, VA, MA states and PR).

f. Scheduling of community events for your church

g. Schedule follow-up meeting to develop work plan and development and implementation of programs of interest.
