Willingness to use tools to help us measure and address the socio-economic, cultural and economic issues of the community they serve.
Willingness to promote health, economic and economic opportunities for low and moderate income families.
Willingness to participate in a national model.
Ability/willingness to develop or implement a data management system and technology to measure and track program success.
Ability to follow program and project guidelines.
Participate in mandatory meetings and trainings.
Must be enrolled as a Connector Affiliate in order to participate.
